How to Prepare and Use hCG Solution

  1. Remove the cap of the sterile injection water and the cap of the hCG vial, to reveal the rubber sterile surface. Do not touch rubber surface as it is sterile. If you accidentally touched the surface, use an alcohol swab to clean it.
  2. Using the included 5 ml syringe to draw 3 ml of sterile water and inject into the hCG vial. Shake the hCG bottle thoroughly until no visible white powder remains in the bottle. Discard all the syringes and needles safely. Do not reuse these syringes and needles. Discard unused sterile water. Discard all used syringes appropriately.
  3. The hCG solution is now ready for use. Keep in the refrigerator between uses.
  4. Using the included 1 ml syringe to draw 0.1 ml (to the first 10 mark). Using an alcohol swab to disinfect the skin and then inject subcutaneously into the skin. Pay attention to avoid blood vessels (blue lines).

How to Prepare and Use Oral hCG

  1. Transfer all the diluting liquid to the hCG powder bottle. Mix well. Store in a dry place with or without refrigeration.
  2. Apply 0.5 ml under the tongue daily (anytime of the day). Do not swallow for at least 2 minutes to allow absorption. Do not drink any liquids within 30 minutes.
