One thing I’d like to point out to Kim is that Kim successfully lost about 50 lbs initially (from 9/2011 to 6/2012) on our program. However, between in 4 months between 6/2012 and 10/2012, Kim failed to maintain her weight (Kim weighed in online only once in these 4 months). As a result, she gained 30+ lbs. The lesson here is that obesity is a chronic condition that we need to maintain and monitor on a regular basis (see http://www.drwlc.com/blog/?cat=13). Should Kim weighed in twice a week and watched her diet, she wouldn’t have gained that 30+ lbs.
