Here are a few tips to deal with the hunger feeling or cravings:
- Make sure to stick to our dietary instructions (50 grams of proteins per day with 500 calories or less).
- Protein suppresses appetite more than carbs and fats.
- You may snack on carrots, or an apple a day.
- If you still feel hungry, try veggie soup. You may use any green leafy veggie (such as spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, green pepper, carrots, cucumbers, a few tomatoes, etc). Into this soup, you may add some beaf or chicken bouillon for flavor. Do not add any calorie containing materials such as sugar, oil, or butter. Eat this soup when you feel a bit hungry.
