Birth Day Coupons

At Doctor’s Weight Loss Center, we strive to provide you with the support and motivation you need to fight the weight loss battle.  During your birth month, you will receive discount coupons (usually 10% off) as our way to say Thank You for your weight loss effort.  We send you emails with coupon code which you can apply during your online (or in office) checkout.  In case, you missed it, the coupon code will also appear in My Coupon in your account.  Make sure to take advantage of these coupons as they do have expiration dates.
