It works!!! You will drop exactly to where you are comfortable, stay there for awhile, but if you go back to the true diet, you can hit your target. I have lulled at my comfortable weight for awhile (9 months). I am off the diet and routine, but still eating healthy. That is the BEST news. My goal is 5 more pounds. I will be back on the diet within the next month. The second BEST news is that I have maintain the weight for over a year. Thank you, Dr Cheng for all you do and care!!!
